Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy sets out the returns and refunds position for all products and services supplied by Wazygoose Limited. Please read it carefully before purchasing. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Subscription Services
Wazygoose subscription services are billed monthly or annually in advance. The following terms apply depending on your billing arrangement.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. If you cancel your subscription, no refund is due for the current billing period already paid. You will retain access to the service until the end of that billing period, after which your account will be deactivated.
Annual Subscriptions
Where an annual subscription has been agreed, payment is taken in advance for the full year. If you cancel an annual subscription part-way through the year, Wazygoose will refund a pro-rata amount calculated on the basis of whole unused calendar months remaining at the date of cancellation. Partial months are not refunded.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please contact Wazygoose directly by email or telephone at least 14 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received with less than 14 days' notice before the next billing date may result in one further payment being taken, which will not be refunded. Cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected].
Hardware
Wazygoose supplies two hardware items: the Lights Control Box and the on-site PC. These are physical products sold separately from the subscription service.
Lights Control Box
Sales of the Lights Control Box are final. Once purchased, the Lights Control Box is non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Wazygoose, and only where the item can be demonstrated to be unused and in its original condition. Any return must be agreed in writing with Wazygoose in advance. The cost of returning the item to Wazygoose is the sole responsibility of the club and will not be reimbursed.
On-Site PC
Sales of the on-site PC are final. The PC is supplied pre-configured for use with the Wazygoose Lights Control system. Once purchased, the PC is non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Wazygoose, and only where the item can be demonstrated to be unused and in its original condition. Any return must be agreed in writing with Wazygoose in advance. The cost of returning the item to Wazygoose is the sole responsibility of the club and will not be reimbursed.
Hardware Warranty
The Lights Control Box and on-site PC are each covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The hardware must have been installed strictly in accordance with the installation instructions and precautions provided by Wazygoose, including but not limited to the requirement for appropriate surge protection on the electrical supply.
- The fault must not be attributable to misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions, electrical events (including but not limited to power surges, lightning strikes, or electrical storms), or any cause external to the hardware itself.
- A valid warranty claim must be reported to Wazygoose in writing within the 12-month warranty period.
Where a warranty claim is accepted, Wazygoose will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item. The cost of returning the item to Wazygoose for inspection or repair is the sole responsibility of the club and will not be reimbursed. Wazygoose will meet the cost of returning a repaired or replaced item to the club where a warranty claim has been accepted.
Third-Party Software Licences
Where Wazygoose purchases a third-party software licence on your behalf — for example a KiOSKare kiosk management licence — that cost is non-refundable. Third-party licences are procured from external suppliers and cannot be returned or reclaimed by Wazygoose once purchased. The cost will be invoiced to your club at the price paid by Wazygoose with no mark-up.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or to raise a query about this policy, please contact us by email at [email protected]. Please include your club name, a description of the item or service in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 working days.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy by giving at least 30 days’ prior written notice by email to the registered billing contact for your account. Continued use of Wazygoose services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
