This year`s Club Championships will be held over the period 14 April to 7 May 2011.
(This allows for the Easter break, May Bank Holiday weekend and the Royal Wedding Bank Holiday).
The format will be: Men`s `A`, `B` and `C` Events and a Ladies Events (if there are enough entrants this will change to `A` and `B` Events. Rounds will be played as follows:

| Please note that all ¼ finals include the start of the Plate Competitions. | ||

| FINALS | Saturday 07 May 2011 | 4.20pm to 7.00pm 7 May |
If you are unable to play on the specified dates then you will have the option to arrange your match outside of these dates (either before or after) as long as your opponent agrees and, obviously before the next round (please bear in mind that any re-arranged match might have an impact on Plate Competitions and if the Tournament Organisers or your opponent cannot accommodate you then you will have no option but to concede).
Please also note that the start time of 5.00pm will not suit everyone. Anyone who cannot make this time is to inform one of the organisers of their arrival time in order to adjust the schedule and, inform opponents.

Entry Fee: £4.00
All matches to be the best of 5 games: English scoring for all events.
It is the responsibility of the WINNER to inform a Tournament Organiser of the result.
It is the responsibility of the LOSER to enter any subsequent competitions (i.e. Plates).
All players will be expected to referee at least one match following their own match.
Any disputes must be referred to the Tournament Organiser`s (Alex Storey, Derek Collins or Richard Vitty) whose decision will be final. PLEASE ENTER BY EITHER:

NOTES
Note 1:
The Club Championships overlaps with the final Winter Internal Leagues and you should make allowances so that your league matches DO NOT clash with your club championship matches.
Note 2:
Finals will start at 4.20pm with a view to completing all matches by 7.00pm. This should give all competitors time to change into evening attire prior to the commencement of the Presentation Night.
