Payment Policy

The following sets out the payment policy for all payments of Wazygoose issued-invoices.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Net 15 days from the date of invoice. Full payment for all goods and services must be received by Wazygoose within 15 calendar days of the invoice issue date.

Late Payments and Fees

Payments received over 30 days past the due date are considered late and will incur fees and interest charges including:

• Statutory Interest: interest at 8% per year above the Bank of England base rate, as set out under UK late payment legislation. Interest is calculated on a daily basis from the date of the invoice.
• Late Fee Penalty: A fixed charge of £100 may apply to compensate Wazygoose for the cost of pursuing and collecting late payments under law. We reserve the right to adjust the Late Fee Penalty annually to cover our administrative costs for pursuing late payments. Accounts over 60 days late may have access limited and/or be sent to third party collections.

Automatic Payment Plans

We encourage customers to enroll in automatic payments through the Wazygoose Club Administration dashboard to avoid late fees and ensure on time payments every billing cycle. Contact us if you have any questions related to the setup of automated payments.

Payment Methods

Wazygoose accepts payments by debit card and credit card, via PayPal. Single and recurring payment plans can be arranged. Contact us for details on the available payment methods and plans.

Returns and Refunds

Goods and services purchased are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Issuing a refund does not void outstanding payment obligations for other invoices due.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change our payment terms at any time subject to notification posted herein. Continued use of Wazygoose goods and services after changes constitutes acceptance.
