Payment Policy

The following sets out the payment policy for all payments of Wazygoose Limited issued-invoices.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Net 15 days from the date of invoice. Full payment for all services must be received by Wazygoose within 15 calendar days of the invoice issue date.

Late Payments and Fees

Payments not received by the due date are considered late. Wazygoose may begin applying interest and recovery charges from the day after the due date in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, though we may at our discretion allow a short grace period before exercising these rights. Charges that may apply include:

• Statutory Interest: Where a payment remains outstanding beyond the due date, Wazygoose reserves the right to charge interest at 8% per year above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Interest is calculated on a daily basis from the day after the payment due date.
• Debt Recovery Compensation: Where statutory interest applies, Wazygoose may also claim fixed debt recovery compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. The applicable fixed charge depends on the outstanding debt: £40 for amounts under £1,000; £70 for amounts from £1,000 to £9,999.99; and £100 for amounts of £10,000 or more. Where our actual costs of recovering the debt exceed the applicable fixed sum, we reserve the right to claim those additional reasonable costs. Accounts over 60 days late may have access limited and/or be referred to a third-party collections agency.

Automatic Payment Plans

We encourage customers to enrol in automatic payments through the Wazygoose Club Administration dashboard to avoid late fees and ensure on-time payments every billing cycle. Contact us if you have any questions related to the setup of automated payments.

Payment Methods

Wazygoose accepts payments by debit card and credit card, via PayPal. Single and recurring payment plans can be arranged. Contact us for details on the available payment methods and plans.

Returns and Refunds

Services purchased are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Issuing a refund does not void outstanding payment obligations for other invoices due.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these payment terms by giving at least 30 days' prior written notice by email to the registered billing contact for your account. Continued use of Wazygoose services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
