Members will have realised that the government’s recent plans to come out of lockdown have made no mention of squash or other indoor sports. Our governing body England Squash is responsible for discussions with government departments over when we will be able to play again.
The position is clear that all squash is still suspended and clubs should remain closed, in line with other sports facilities.
Northern is obliged to wait for clear advice from England Squash concerning reopening and will follow its guidance.
