It’s that time of year again when we are obliged to bring together a review of how the club has operated over the past 12 months.
The meeting will be held in the social area starting at 7pm and is open to all members.
The AGM includes summaries from our Chair, Treasurer, League and Junior sections but importantly gives you a chance to help shape the year to come by coming along or submitting proposals ahead of the meeting.
The club is run by a small group of members on a volunteer basis, but additional support is always welcome. Everyone has a part to play in shaping a successful future for the club. Attending the AGM and / or Committee meetings (last Tuesday of every month) is a great way to become more involved. Volunteers are very welcome.
The following Committee positions are to be elected at the meeting, Chair, Secretary, Treasurer. Further positions on the Committee will be filled by other volunteers.

For those attending the AGM there will be liquid refreshments courtesy of the Club.
