LOCAL SOLICITORS SPONSOR NORTHERN JUNIOR SQUASH OPEN This season`s Northern junior squash open will be held on the week end of 22/ 23rd February and local Solicitors QS Lawson and Thompson have agreed to sponsor the event for the second year in a row. This is the fifth year that we have held a junior open and we have always attracted over 100 entrants from all over the North of the country. It is a great opportunity for our better juniors to test themselves against the best players from around the region and gain some ranking points to move themselves up the national ranking lists. Prizes for the event are provided by Dunlop and the sponsorship from Lawson and Thompson is especially pleasing because it enables us to provide all the entrants with a commemorative t shirt for the event. Our junior section Is particularly strong at the moment and adult members would be welcome if they want to come along and spectate.
