It was a very successful day at The Northumberland Club, with three teams winning their finals and completing league and cup doubles.
Firstly, Northern Ladies 2 overcame Primrose Ladies 5-0, adding to the Ladies Division 2 title.
Next, Northern Juniors 1 beat Eldon 1 3-2, to complete an unbeaten season, having already won Men's Division 2.
Northern 1 wrapped up the night with a 5-0 win over Newcastle University 1B, adding to the Men's Premier Division title.
Northern Juniors 2 were presented with their certificate for winning Men's Division 5.
Several individuals also won Player of the Division Awards - Mark Dinsley (Northern 1 - Men's Premier Division), Sam Tufton (Northern Juniors 1 - Men's Division 2), Katherine Palmer (Northern Ladies 2 - Ladies Division 2). All 3 had unbeaten records. Sam Tufton also won overall League Player of the Season (not even dropping a game in his 13 league wins!).
Overall, a very successful season for Northern teams.
