Tony Brett the former Chairman of Squash has died. Tony was Chairman of Squash for many years and it was his leadership and vision that started the process that led the club into the vibrant and successful position we now find ourselves in. Tony played rugby and squash for the Northern teams before being involved in many other official roles within Northern FC.
The funeral arrangements are :- There will be a private family cremation before a service which will be held at All Saints Church West Ave Gosforth Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 4ES at 12 00pm on Tuesday 19th August followed by refreshments at The Northumberland Golf Club High Gosforth Park.
The family have requested that there should only be immediate family flowers. There will be an opportunity to make a donation to be shared between St Oswald's Hospice and McMillan Nurses.
