Andrew Shipley is the Northern junior player of the month for October , he has been playing for 7 years since we found him at year 3 during our schools outreach programme and has now estiblished himself as one of the top players in the club. Currently ranked inside in the top 10 at Under 15 level , he finished 6th in the recent British Open championships Last weekend he won the regional championships at under 15 level and having served his apprenticeship in the junior teams in the county leagues he now plays two for the second team and has played up for the first team in the premier league ... following in Michael Mattimore`s footprints! More than any thing else Andrew is one of the calmest players on the junior circuit and a great advert for our club when he plays in tournaments. Well done Andrew and keep up the good work
