SOME DO's AND DON'T's

Below is a list of DO's and DON'T's that all members should adopt in an effort to look after facilities.

  1. If you see a piece of litter, DON'T just walk past it - DO pick it up and put it in a bin.

  2. If after showering your shower bottle is empty, DON'T leave it in the shower area - DO dispose of it in the bin provided.

  3. When entering Court 1, DON'T just slam the door behind you - DO close it like you would any other door by using the handle provided.

  4. When using the Light Machine, DON'T bang it if is doesn't work having put your cards in - DO adjust the cards gently and try again (the machine is very old, temperametal and its contents fragile).

  5. If you see someone using incorrect shoes, DO politely request them to stop playing and suggest they obtain correct shoes before playing again. You will have the backing of the Squash Committee.

  6. DO suggest more items to be included in the next issue of DO's and DON'T's.
