Booking Charges

Standard court booking – up to and including 16:45
Primetime court booking – from 17:30

Cancellation Charges

1. A member who cancels any standard court booking will incur no charge and will receive a full refund of £5.00.
2. A member who cancels any court booking (standard or primetime) on the same day they book it will incur no charge and will receive a full refund of £5.00; e.g. court booking made on Monday and cancelled the same day.
3. A member who cancels a primetime court booking on a day after the booking was made will incur a charge of 50p per from the day the booking was made; e.g. booking made on Monday and cancelled on Wednesday incurs a £1.00 charge and a refund of £4.00 is given. However, if the cancellation is made on the day of play a refund of £1.50 is given only e.g. booking made on Monday for a court on Friday and is cancelled on Friday.
4. The matrix below shows the amount to be refunded in the event of a primetime court booking being cancelled.

Transfers

1. A member can only transfer a court booking to another timeslot on the same day.
2. A member can transfer a standard court booking to another standard timeslot.
3. A member can transfer a standard court booking to a primetime timeslot.
4. A member can transfer a primetime court booking to another primetime timeslot.
5. A member cannot transfer a primetime court booking to a standard timeslot.
