Facilities

The club offers some of the best squash facilities in the north of England with six fantastically maintained courts, two of them being glass back show courts with seating for 250 spectators.

Our changing facilities are large and newly refurbished they include steam rooms. The club has disabled access and includes full membership of the accompanying rugby club, free wifi and spacious car parking. The site is located adjacent to the local Rugby club and membership includes access to the Rugby clubhouse facilities and Bar which is used for all events.

Our state-of-the-art gym is a rival for most in the Carlisle area. Our Cardio room on the upper floor is fitted out with top of the range equipment from Cyber, Life Fitness and Startrac and our latest additions are three professionally endorsed watt bikes, a favourite with members.

The ground floor consists of resistance stations to tone or build up any muscle and a free weights area with plenty of space and options including squat racks, bar bells, benches, kettle bells, dumb bells and weight bags.
