Marc Shipley spoke to Sophie (Keep Fit) and agreed parking terms for the keep fit classes.
Kevin Forster received £40 payment for electrician. Still no electrician for club insurance.
4 - TREASURER
Deposit Account contains £9442.96; Current Account contains £11477.92
5 - BAR
Staff are now paid by bank transfer which was favourably received. From April minimum wage rises from £9.50 to £10.42 which will mean approx £4k extra wages. Approx £2500 extra energy costs and £1500 for other bills meaning drinks prices must increase. 1904, Cruzcampo, Dortmunder and Cameron's Smooth by 20p, Swedish Blonde and Appleshed by 40p. Suggested Sam Ellison to be in charge of the bar, wage to rise to £11.20 provided she takes on reconciliation.
6 - CRICKET
2 weeks of nets remain. Grant Forster has applied fertiliser to square. Junior section to transfer membership fees from this season into main club account.
7 - SQUASH
1st and 2nd teams were promoted, 3rd team is fighting against relegation, 4th team will be promoted if they win their last game. 179 members. £1056 court bookings. £256.50 memberships. Motion sensors for lights in squash corridor are prohibited by price - cleaning costs to be re-investigated in an attempt to reduce costs but there is little room for manoeuvre. Squash sign (£325) to be erected in corridor. A new heater has been delivered and is to be installed and certified. Club Championship begins 17th April with the final on 30th April. Squash 50th Anniversary to be celebrated on 17th June at the club, band to play. Exhibition matches by a squash professional are being investigated. Cost of court bookings - £5 per court suggested.

Tickets behind the bar for Albino Crocodiles on 31st March. Child Welfare - DBS and First Aid training to include Bar Staff . Online membership renewal for cricket and social members to begin on 1st April, set up by Anthony Brown. U18 members are not to be part of Adult WhatsApp groups (safeguarding issues). Entrance doors due to arrive and be fixed. There is to be a display of sponsors and upcoming events on the television (2 USB sticks, 1 displaying while the other updates). Email from Mark Wardle whose father George played for 1959 league winning team. Donations from his funeral to be donated to cricket.
