Deposit Account - £65,569
Current Account - £15,521 (some money has been moved from CA to DA) similar figures to last month.
VAT bill to come soon.
Energy £1,400 and a slightly higher wage bill (paid for staff holidays not taken).
6 - BAR
Function room is almost finished and looking fantastic. Well done to Anthony Brown for all of his hard work. He suggests putting a new boiler in the old kitchen to service it with more radiators.
New patio – quote received for £43,000 net of VAT.
Wedding on 26th July - we will charge for ground rental, provide staff and drinks and they will provide loos, teepee and power.
Bar prices will rise in April.
JK has ordered 6 fold up tables, 4 smaller fold ups, a trolley to store them and 26 new chairs for the function room. The old blue and orange chairs are to be disposed of.
7 - CRICKET
Indoor nets are working well for all ages.
Girls festivals to be held in coming months, first one this evening at Boldon School.
Allstars and Dynamos dates for the summer to be decided.
New offer of accommodation for the Sri Lankan professional as previous offer fell through.
8- SQUASH
£2,100 memberships and bookings for January.
1st, 2nd and 4th teams still battling in their leagues but 3rd team could be heading for relegation.
Glass wall – contractor had supply issues so start delayed until after 24/3. Also states job doesn’t need to be signed off by building regs. Funding is in place.
Still looking at container idea for storage. Discussion followed, aim is to try and get Fulwell Landscapes to move, get rid of green container and to get rid of rubbish. CE to try to talk to Willy Barton.
