4.1 - Action Point Update
4.4 (11/2/25) Marc/Kevin – Ongoing. Once Club works are completed, the Committee will consider entrance door replacement.
4.3 (18/3/25) Marc – Completed. Wazygoose updated with ‘Dates for your Diary’.

Marc reported that £1,530 has been transferred to the Treasurer for court bookings.

4.3 - Squash News
- Club Championship - Closing date 22nd April, 15-20 entries to date. Over 65’s entries 7-8 to date.
4.4 - Squash club maintenance/ improvement
Glass-back WalL - Marc thanked Kevin and Tracey for installing the seating behind court 3. Kevin has posted the builder’s photos of the glass-back court installation works on Wazygoose. Positive feedback about the glass-back court has been received, however there are concerns about the marks on the glass by members wiping their hands on the glass panel. Cleaning of the glass panels is not within the remit of the cleaner and is therefore undertaken by two members on a voluntary basis. ACTION Kevin – put poster behind court 3 asking members not to wipe their hands on the glass.

Cleaning - Two further cleaners approached but unable to assist. Marc looking into other cleaning firms.
4.5 - Club Executive Committee Feedback (meeting 7th April)
Combined accounts £39,828
Outgoings: Approx £30k for brewery / builders / general bills.
Cricket – new season about to start.
Second hand grass cutter purchased.
First Aid Course to be organised as appropriate certificate required prior to commencement of All Stars.
5 - AOB
Kevin reported that the door closer needs changing in the top corridor next to court 3. ACTION Kevin – undertake work.
Kevin also reported damage to the ceiling lights behind court 3 bottom corridor, may have been done when the lintel was installed. ACTION Kevin – replace lights.
Marc reported the skip with the builders rubbish has gone but unfortunately some rubbish has been left behind. ACTION Marc & Kevin – remove rubbish.
